This week we will focus on fitness activities and I will be providing WOD's (Workout of Day) for students to complete. Some of the workouts can be challenging so try your best with each exercise. I will also be attaching the monthly calendar which you could try to complete activites for week #3 of the calendar. I have also attached and exercise board game similar to Monopoly but with exercises and activites to complete to win game. I will post game seperately as an image. Have some fun and play with family menbers. The weather is nicer these days so get outside, have fun and enjoy some fresh air.

Thanks and have a great week.

This week for Physical Education I have attached an activity list that you can keep track of how many steps you took while doing certain activities. The list gives an example to help you out. I am sending out a Healthy Mind and Body Checklist to help keep track of the food and activities to keep us healthy everyday. You can also go back to the monthly calendar attached below to complete week#3 activities. Have a great week and complete as many activities as possible. I don't expect for all activities to be completed but provided lots of activities to keep the students busy and active. As the weather is getting nicer try to get outside in the fresh air as much as possilbe. I have also attached a checklist for catching, this will guide you through the basics for catching. Good luck and try as many catching activities as possible.

Thanks and have a great week.

This week I have a challenge for all students from K-2. The activity is called " What's your name fitness activity", follow instruction and see how long it takes to complete. Another option would be to just start at letter A and complete activites until you get to letter Z. You could try both ways to see what one is quicker.

I have also attached many different ways to play RPS games. Try them out and see who can be the Ultimate RPS Champion. Good luck.

Don't forget to complete Week 2 on your Monthly PE Calendar sent home last week. I have attached it again for those who may need it.

Get outside, enjoy the sun and stay active. Take care everyone and hopefully see you soon.

Try as many of these acitivites at your own pace. If you feel you want to push yourself these activities are great for muscular and cardiovascular endurance.
