The deadline for Operation ShoeBox is fast approaching. Please have your items in by Wednesday Nov. 14th, so that the boxes can all be packed and sent to NBCC.

The Community is invited to join us on Friday November 9th @8:30 AM for our Remembrance Day Ceremony. Each class will lay a Wreath in memory of Our Fallen Soldiers and Peacekeepers. All students are asked to wear their sparks, brownies, guides and Beavers ect. uniforms to help us with the ceremony.
The grade 8 class will be putting on a Murder Mystery Spaghetti Supper to help raise money for the year end class trip!
Come out for our tasty supper and try to solve a murder mystery which takes place on a Tropical Island.
Join us for "RESORT TO MURDER". Tickets will be available at the school office starting Nov. 5th. Price is $15.00 per person.
The meal will consist of Garden salad, spaghetti and for dessert apple crisp, served with tea or coffee.

Our KIndergarten Registration took place on October 9th - 12th. If you missed our registration and have a child starting school in Sept 2013, please call the school at 622-4090.
Our kindergarten Kickoff meeting is scheduled for Nov 7th @ 6:30 PM. The Welcome to KIndergarten meeting will take place on Nov 27th @ 6:00 PM.
The meetings will provide you with an opportunity to learn more about the Transition to School Program.
Millerton is going Skating!

November 13th - 8:30-9:40 - Grades 5-8
November 27th - 8:45 - 10:40 - Grades K-4
This year Mrs. Barry and the Survivor teams are participating in Operation Shoe Box. They will each bring in items for the boxes and they will be sent to our troops in time for Christmas. All items should be at the school no later then Nov. 13th so that the boxes can be prepared to leave on Nov 16th for NBCC.
Also Nov 2nd is RED FRIDAY! Please dress in RED and support our Canadian MilitaryTroops!
