Notice To Drama Students Grade 6-7 From Mrs Vickers

MS Drama  "A Christmas Carol"
 
Hey there Drama Class,
Mrs. Barry and I wanted to encourage those of you with parts in the play (speaking or non-speaking) to begin searching up the costumes you will need for your different scenes.  We have discussed this quite thoroughly in class so you can begin gathering clothing items. 
If you have your lines at home you can also make sure they are committed to memory. Hopefully we will be back on stage soon as Christmas is coming!  It certainly doesn't look like it today but it is getting closer.  Break a leg!

Grade 8 Math June 1-5

Hello Grade 8!

Hopefully everyone got a chance to try out some of the material from last week.  There are some sections that deal with surface area of right-rectangular, right-triangular prisms and cylinders in the book.  These would be good practice for next year when you will see this material again.

Textbook Unit 4.3, 4.4, and 4.7

Each unit has some good questions that you can try.

Grade 8 Math May 25-29

Hello Grade 8!  Hopefully everyone is staying safe and enjoying the nice weather.

There are two more sections in the textbook that are the last ones that deal with equations.  They involve using the "Distributive Property".

Copies of the textbook and workbook are located under the "Documents" tab.

Also under the "Documents" tab is a link called "Home Learning Map for Grade 8".  It has links to videos and activities that can help you with any of the material that we are working on.

Grade 7 Math May 25-29

Hello Grade 7.  Hopefully everyone is staying safe and enjoying the nice weather.

There are some questions in the Workbook that are a good review for the sections on equations that you can try.

A copy of the Grade 7 Workbook can be found under the "Documents" tab if you're unsure where to find it.

Also under the "Documents" tab is a PDF called "Home Learning Map for Grade 7".  It has links to videos and activities that go along with each topic that you are doing.  Check it out if you're having some trouble with the questions.
