Due Date:
Hello, my Grade 4/5 Literary geniuses! I miss all of you!! Enjoy the weekend :)
If you haven’t already, please go to the school and pick up your 25 Rules duo tangs. At the front I have also put in another copy of your spelling words to study for this week if you didn’t already have them at home with you from the weekend.
Please complete the third page of Rule 6 – Picture Plurals
****Please read the instructions before starting
A part – be sure to refer to the beginning page for all the rules to help you make the nouns plural
B part – first choose a noun, then make the word plural, then write a sentence with both the noun and plural word (they do not need to be the same)
Example: We have two couches in my living room, but I always sit in the comfy chair.
couches – plural noun chair – singular noun
sentence – compound with ‘but’ conjunction
Also, read over and study your spelling words.
Please email me at melissa.barry@nbed.nb.ca if you have any questions.
